Purpose of the Award

This Award is set up in memory of Prof. Dr. Necdet Teymur, a METU graduate and an inspiring teacher. The purpose of the Award is to encourage extra-curricular research at undergraduate level within the fields of design, architecture & planning.

Eligibility

Be an undergraduate student at the Faculty of Architecture at METU in any department.

The Award

The annual total for the Award will be $1000.- The Evaluation Jury will decide the granting of the Award to one or more submissions.

Application Process

Each year the submissions will be made by the 30th of September to the Dean’s Office at the Faculty of Architecture, METU. There will be no set format for submissions except that they are based on research. The submissions will be clear about their objectives, methodology and outcomes.
