Seminar Invitation Ezgi Özkürkçü Özbudak "Designing for Airline Passengers: Insights from a Real-Life Case Studyr"

As a part of the ID301 Industrial Design III course, Ezgi Özkürkçü Özbudak will give a seminar titled "Designing for Airline Passengers: Insights from a Real-Life Case Study". The seminar will take place on Thursday, December 11, 2025, at 10:00-11:00 in the Kubbealtı Hall of the Faculty of Architecture. Everyone interested is welcome to attend.
Ezgi Özkürkçü Özbudak is a PhD candidate and a research assistant in Industrial Design at Middle East Technical University. Her doctoral research examines how children interact with, care for, personalise, and emotionally bond with their toys, and how these behaviours influence product longevity. After graduating from the Industrial Design undergraduate program at METU, she also worked as a User Experience Designer across various sectors, including aviation, finance, entertainment, and AI-integrated interfaces, gaining hands-on experience in designing user-centered digital products.
