We're excited to welcome Ezgi Arslan, Product Manager at Insider, as our guest lecturer for this week's PM4X session: "Making the Work Work: Scoping, Prioritising, and Planning to Build Great Products Like a Pro." 

Ezgi is currently a product manager of Architect at Insider, where she focuses on building a state-of-the-art product that's recognised as an industry leader on a global scale. Her work combines strategy, translating user insights into features, and driving cross-functional collaboration in a complex and fast-paced environment to create value for the product's users and partners.

Before joining Insider, Ezgi worked across various business and technology roles, giving her a broad understanding of how great products come to life: from ideation to execution. She's a 2020 METU Business Administration alum with minor in Psychology.

In this session, she'll share how to scope opportunities into tasks, prioritise effectively, and plan work that truly moves the product forward in the real world settings. We can't wait to learn from her journey and perspective in the world of product management!
