As a part of the ID561 Product Design for Sustainability course, Ayşegül Özçelik will give a seminar titled "Design for Self-Repair through a Practice Theory Lens". The seminar will take place on Thursday, 6 November 2025, at 13:45 in the Kubbealtı Hall of the Faculty of Architecture. Everyone interested is welcome to attend.

Ayşegül Özçelik is a Postdoctoral Researcher at Delft University of Technology, the Netherlands. As a design researcher, her core interest lies in the complexities of real-life problems. Her research explores the intersection of design, sustainability, and social dynamics, using qualitative design methodologies to investigate diverse topics, including circular product design, repair practices as well and co-creation.
