Göksu Kaçaroğlu is dedicated UX Leader with over 10+ years of experience in shaping impactful cross-platform interactions and service system design processes for global industry leaders.

As a Principal UX Researcher at Zalando, Göksu has a strong influence in strategic decision-making, guiding product and UX teams to prioritise product roadmaps and deliver compelling user experiences. Her systems thinking mindset and expertise in service design methods drive innovation and customer-centricity.

Committed to evolving Service Design and User Research practices, Göksu empowers organisations by leading cross-functional projects, supervising and mentoring researchers, and enhancing product-service ecosystems, driving value for people, businesses, and societies.

In her free time, she researches sustainable and ethical solutions for fashion systems and teachers Life-Centered Design in various design schools.
