Design Week Turkey is the most extensive design event in Turkey. This year, our department will be there with the department exhibition.

Apart from the exhibition, there will be talks and panels with the people form our department.

In the main stage, on November 14, one of our part-time instructors, Ece Yalım, will give a talk titled "Searching for Values Beyond Design" between 14:15-15:00. In the same stage, on November 15, our department's chairperson, Prof. Dr. Gülay Hasdoğan, will moderate the panel titled "Future Careers in Design" between 11:15-12:15.

In Design Talks stage, on November 15, between 12:00-13:00, our department's vice-chairperson, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Fatma Korkut, will participate in the panel titled "Future of Design Education: In the footsteps of technology?". The same day between 13:15-14:00, one of our instructors, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Çağla Doğan, will give a talk titled "Sustainable Design Approaches Focused on Education Projects." Later that day, one of our senior students, Gül Onat, will be a panelist in "Are you one of those who can't communicate?"

Moreover, the awards of the Design Turkey design competition, where Prof. Dr. Gülay Hasdoğan and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Çağla Doğan are among the jury members, will be distributed on November 15.
