The Web site of METU ID Department has been redesigned. As part of a BOP project, the look, structure and use of our Web page has been reevaluated. The main focus of the project was not simply to design the public interface but to build a database for the design works that are produced in the department. An online environment was specifically created so that this database can be visually browsed. Furthermore, a non-public, online and interactive teaching environment was created, to enable the student-teacher communication outside the classroom and to facilitate the feeding of the database by the students and faculty themselves.
