As part of the ID 442 Service Design course, Halime Dilan Akbaş will deliver a seminar titled "Designing the Invisible: Service, System & Transition Design at Viveka". In this session, we'll explore How do you design impact when there's no physical product to show. Drawing from real cases at Viveka, this session explores how service design, systems thinking, and transition design intersect to create human-centered innovation — from corporate intrapreneurship and open innovation programs to youth and leadership development ecosystems.
We'll dive into how experiences, relationships, and processes are designed as interconnected systems — and how invisible design can enable visible change.
The seminar will take place on 24 October 2025, Friday, between 9:30-12:30 at Studio no:35 in Faculty of Architecture. We warmly invite all interested participants to attend.
