On 26 November 2025, the workshop "Drawing as a Designer: Drawing and Rendering Master Class," led by İrfan Çiftçi, will take place as part of the ID211 Design Communication III course. The workshop will provide a hands-on exploration of how drawing can serve as a tool for thinking, inquiry, and expression within the design process. Participants will be able to practice rapid sketching, form development, ideation techniques, and rendering methods. The workshop is open to students from all class levels.

Graduating from Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University in 2018 and continuing his practice in his own design studio following four years of corporate experience, İrfan Çiftçi has taken part in numerous projects ranging from automobiles to household appliances, aircraft interiors to motorcycles. With an innovative, globally aligned design approach, he develops multidisciplinary design and development modules and carries out R&D processes using contemporary technologies in Istanbul.
